What we collect
Only what you give us to make the product work:
- Your account: email, name, specialty (optional), and a securely hashed password — we never see or store the password itself.
- What you enter: allowances, expenses, and certificate details.
- What you upload: receipts, certificates, and reimbursement forms.
No PHI belongs here — CME Money holds your own financial and education records, never patient information.
Where it lives
Data is stored with our infrastructure providers — Vercel (hosting) and Supabase (database and file storage) — on servers in the United States, encrypted in transit. Uploaded files are private to your account and served through short-lived signed links.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data, share it with advertisers, or run ad trackers. The only cookie is the one that keeps you signed in.
We send transactional email (welcome, password resets) and use-it-or-lose-it deadline reminders tied to allowances you created. Reply to any email to reach a human.
Your data is yours
Export everything as CSV anytime — including after your trial ends or if you stop subscribing. Want your account and files deleted? Email support@cmemoney.com and it's done.
