The service

CME Money helps you track CME allowances, store receipts and certificates, and build reimbursement packets. Tracking, the vault, alerts, and CSV export are free. Pro — the packet builder and employer-form autofill — is $49/year after a 30-day free trial. No card is required to start, and if you let Pro lapse your data stays viewable and exportable.

Your side of the deal

Keep your login to yourself, upload only files you have the right to upload, and don't put patient information in here — it's not built for PHI. You're responsible for the accuracy of what you submit to your employer; CME Money formats your records, it doesn't verify them.

Not professional advice

Nothing here is tax, accounting, or legal advice. Reimbursement policies are your employer's; check yours.

Your content

Everything you enter or upload remains yours. We only store and process it to run the product, and you can export or delete it whenever you like (email support@cmemoney.com for deletion).

The honest disclaimer

CME Money is provided as-is, without warranties. We work hard to keep it fast and reliable, but we can't promise zero downtime or zero bugs, and our liability is limited to what you've paid us in the past 12 months. Keep originals of anything irreplaceable.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime; Pro simply doesn't renew. We can suspend accounts that abuse the service. If we ever shut down, you'll get notice and time to export.
